Baked Walnut Fudge a la 4th of MayNote: This should be gooey on bottom and we usually serve it upside down and the plate so the crust is on the bottom and the gooey is on top. - Flo Anderson
Combine ingredients and beat until blended. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Set pan into a larger pan and pour hot water into larger pan so that it comes up the sides by 1 inch. Place pans into 350 degree oven. bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream. Serves 12. |
