Sun-dried Tomato Spread
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz butter (or less)
- 8 oz grated parmesan
- 4 oz re-hydrated sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 C black olives
- 4 large cloves garlic
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/4 C lemon juice
Place all ingredients together in food processor, blend well. Remove, shape, and refrigerate.
